AlterPet’s low-cost spay/neuter program coupons are available for :
Pet owners who have a low, fixed or limited income (less than $30,000/year per household, or other significant financial restrictions) AND who adopt a stray or discarded pet.
  The coupons can NOT be used for pets obtained from breeders or from pet stores. They can NOT be used for retired breeding animals.


If you have obtained this coupon in error, you may obtain a refund by returning the coupon to AlterPet; or you may return the coupon and donate that spay or neuter to a needy pet (donation receipt provided for your taxes).
