I do have two dog pens (total size about 25\'x20\')in my backyard and a small doggie door into the house. I have two dog houses outside, and the pens can be shut off from one another if need be. I would not want to try to foster three different dogs from three different people because I really only have two good spaces where I could separate them. So if someone had three dogs, I could keep all of them separate from my three dogs or they could stay together if they got along. We have water dishes, dishes with dry dog food-Science diet and dog beds all over the inside and outside of house. We have a X-large pet door in the back bathroom so the dogs can come and go as they please. Jasmine our other Chow Chow is given low thyroid medicine every day. My boyfriend works at home so he is able to supervise and provide companionship for our dogs. We have even been known to drive all the way to the WSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital for a second opinion. These Vets are great. We are very protective of our dogs and they live in harmony with us. My boyfiend\'s pickup truck is rigged with dog curtains and a special shelf so our little Westies can climb into the front seat during rides. We walk them daily even though we have a very large fenced backyard. They all sleep inside the house at night and they are never alone long as they mean the world to us. They all are allowed to roam freely in our fenced backyard, front yard and driveway.
