This page is for the people who have to leave their beloved pets behind
in the event of severe Hurricanes.
And for those that want to help.

In order for us to be able to direct your requests for assistance, please cut and paste the following information and send via email to info@netpets.org:

3- Owners present phone number(s), State & email address if available:

6- Type of Pet(s) including Breed(s), Colors & Markings: :

7- The Pets Ages & Names (very important):

(The information in # 8 & 9 is required to prevent unnecessary vaccinations and tests)

8- Your Pets veterinarian's name, phone & city if possible:

9- Approximate date of last vaccinations:

10- Any Medical or Temperament issues:

11- Does the Pet(s) have any special needs:

12- Put any additional information here pertaining to you and the Pet(s) here:

At this time there are a number of organizations who have TEAMS on the ground that are there for
the sole purpose of assisting the pets left behind. All requests for assistance will be forwarded to them.

NOTICE:

No pet is allowed to leave any state without a 2 week quarantine and a Medical Certificate.
No pet is to be adopted out until a 30 day waiting period to locate the owner has expired.
