Ms. Fiona Muffett meets her new Mom.  Turned into the Franklin County Animal Shelter as a stray and named Ms. Muffett for her petite size, this sweet little girl will be enjoying her remaining years in W. Virginia with parents Sharin and Grady and her new affie brother, Trasawn
